The design of cleanroom panels and partitions for the pharma area is carried out with careful consideration of the processing requirements, equipment layout, and operational workflows. The size, placement, and direction of cleanroom doors are defined in accordance with the pressure zoning of the pharma area, ensuring smooth movement and maintaining required cleanliness standards.

Additionally, we prepare detailed technical specifications and tender documents that clearly outline the scope of supply and work, including quantities required for panels, partitions, and walk-on ceilings. These documents are used to float inquiries and initiate the procurement process.

We conduct thorough technical evaluations of vendor offers for cleanroom panels, partitions, and ceiling systems. After technical discussions, vendor evaluations, and comparisons, we recommend the most suitable vendor for the project. Once the vendor submits designs and drawings, they are carefully reviewed, corrections are suggested where necessary, and approvals for execution are granted only after the design meets all expectations and standards.

Throughout the construction phase, stage-wise inspections and continuous technical guidance are provided at the site to ensure that cleanroom panels and partitions are installed with the desired quality and in strict adherence to the approved design.
